How do you build a vision & drive change?
Diagnostics
We provide evidence-based diagnostics to distil critical insights and team behaviour patterns. We then present diagnostic report findings, building on the problem statement, and provide key recommendations on leadership development focus areas at an individual, team, and organisational level.
Our diagnostic process can include extensive team interviews, 360-degree feedback, and personality and behavioural profiling tools. This provides a deep understanding of the individual and team strengths and opportunities, communication styles, and ways of leading within the context and understanding of the organisational system and operating model.
