I must confess that, as a “newcomer” to the world of executive coaching, I started out somewhat sceptical … but Lisa made me a believer – she’s fantastic! She is not only an experienced and knowledge practitioner, but she is able to transfer her insights in a personal way that has allowed me to integrate her advice into practical solutions and measurable outcomes. She is a careful listener, a well-rounded and broad thinker, and an adept communicator, which I think positions her to be an A+ coach across a range of disciplines.
